RTOs are increasingly subject to a range of audit activities with increasingly critical consequences.

Whilst ASQA’s ‘new’ student-centred audit approach rolling out in 2017 recommends that ‘good practice at all times is more important than ‘audit preparation’ (ASQA RTO Provider Briefing Presentation), positive audit outcomes can be maximised with effective understanding of the audit processes and preparation strategies.

This webinar will focus on effective strategies to prepare for and participate in an audit, including understanding the processes of audit, evidence based auditing principles,  preparing staff and other relevant stakeholders, and strategies for participating in the audit through all stages.

Learning Outcomes
  • Understand audit processes and what to expect during the various stages of audit;
  • Understand the strategies to maximise positive audit outcomes
  • Understand the strategies to effectively prepare for an audit
  • Understand the strategies to avoid common audit mistakes
Facilitated by: Maree Thorne
