Whilst some organisations in Australia have introduced fully integrated ‘Activity Based Work’ (ABW) approaches, they have achieved this via complete office redesign, and complemented this with a full change management strategy and plan. Given this is not an option for a number of organisations (footprint and restricted finances), hybrid approaches to ABW are being introduced.
This Webinar will serve to provide information on:

  • Health Implications of Being Sedentary
  • The need to Move More
  • When not moving, we need to be positioned for comfort
  • Requests for Sit Stand Add-Ons or desks is on the rise
Learning Outcomes

By the end of this workshop, participants will have the knowledge & skills to:

  • Understand Sedentariness and its impact on health outcomes
  • Implement principles of healthy office based work, including activity based work
  • Incorporate basic posture and stretch breaks into the day at work
  • Implement tips and tricks to move more through the day
Facilitated by: Steve Dardaganis (Productivity Matters)
