Recognition of prior learning, is the formal acknowledgment of a person's current skills and knowledge, no matter how, when or where the learning occurred. However, the challenge for many RTO’s is how to best capture and measure this proof of current competency. In this webinar, participants will learn how to best read a unit of competency and identify ways to collect evidence to support the claim of competency that is both audit and candidate friendly!

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this workshop, participants will have the knowledge & skills to:

  • Understand how best to read a unit of competency, with RPL in mind
  • Identify the features of an effective RPL tool
  • Develop audit-friendly and user-friendly RPL processes
