This interactive webinar will run you through the importance of data capture and tracking your sales and marketing activity with the ultimate goal “for every $ we spend on each marketing campaign, we generate $x in revenue”.
You will acquire knowledge that you can apply to any role at your institution or transferrable to any industry. You will be exposed to digital tracking tools including Adwords and Social media platforms as well as an in-depth look into Google Analytics. How do you track traditional (offline) marketing activity? Are you monitoring your leads journey through the sales funnel, how many are you converting vs how many you might be losing along the way? And most importantly how to analyse and interpret all this data to maximise marketing ROI.
Join us to discover how your sales and marketing activity is affecting your bottom line.
By the end of this workshop, participants will have the knowledge & skills to:
- Read and comprehend statistical data generated by various tracking tools
- Navigate your way around Google Analytics
- Link sales data back to marketing sources
- Analyse revenue investment vs return
